45 years of experience makes Ramprasad Saini a connoisseur in the art of making hand-made paper. He is founder of Kalpana Handmade Paper industries. He is just matric pass and in early years of company he was the sole person for everything. He had done each process of making paper many thousands of times by his hands. His ability to never give up made him to develop 100s of different kind of paper.

His grit, determination and vision to see a more sustainable world has lead him to create fascinating new products that circle around natural products. He is simple man with a lot of innovative ideas in handmade paper, Products & paper machineries.

He don’t want this traditional art of paper making to die so he loves to share his experiences and knowledge to next generation. He is mentor for many small paper industries in Sanganer town and he always says “Recycle today for a better tomorrow.”

If you visit in the morning you may find him working around the trees, doing farming. He’s one man that doesn’t shy away from getting down and dirty in order for the environmental benefit!

Mr. Trilok

He wanted to study in MBA but his passionate in handcrafted business involve him completely into business. A Bachelors degree in Business and over 7 years of experience in the overseas market Trilak Saini does not quit till our customer leaves with a huge wide grin. Focusing mostly on customer satisfaction and product enhancement. He is an absolute perfectionist and channels all his effort in creating happy customers!

Mr. Lokesh

(Executive Director)

With more than 3 generations of experience in the handmade paper industry, Lokesh had a vision to innovate. having studied Aircraft engineering for a good part of his life, Lokesh Saini was offered a job abroad, which he politely turned down and made the conscious decision to serve his community and country along with his father.

Now he enjoys his techy status in the team even while working with the villagers, craftsmen and artists at the grass root level. He is a true leader, often seen interacting with all staff as a friend and taking their enthusiastic ideas into account. He aims to bring visions to reality and believes that each product must be perfect. From producing raw material, to manufacturing the final product, he is our omnipresent handyman and digital dynast!

Miss. Sunita

(Marketing Head)

After completing her MBA in business and Marketing she got opportunities to get knowledge in many multinational companies as a member of their marketing team. She ensures to convey companies message and plans to our customers by means of Digital Marketing, campaigns or social market. She also coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

Mr. Nemichand

(Production Head)

With 25 years of experience in handmade paper making, he has wide knowledge about the quality of raw materials and mixture of adhesive and other materials to get good quality papers. He manages the company’s production team and successfully implement all the order by ensuring that resources are distributed to ensure this is done safely, efficiently and in accordance with the artistic and business objectives of the company.

His ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with the team helps in plan workers' schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines. His hard work, commitment and dedication is behind all our happy clients.
